Why do we need this?
Too many progressive organizations fail to embrace the passion, overcome the challenges, and promote issues important to minority communities. They have good intentions, but fail to comprehend the complexity or simply do not have enough diversity within their organization.

By working together we can secure a seat at the table of change and enable our voices to be heard loud and clear.
